As a &quot;professional&quot; Christian (and by that I mean those who are paid to minster) too many times my relationship with God gets all wrapped up in job performance and getting things done. I think if people looked at me they could see more times that I would like to admit that it is less about a heart connection with God, and more about a head connection with the &quot;work.&quot;
The funny thing is that the only way I can accomplish anything in my work is to be connected with God. It is insane to try and do it on my own, and yet I continually try anyway.
