Hey Tim! Great video, good stuff as always! I listen to your podcasts regularly, all the way from Prague, Czech Republic ;). I don't have a youth ministry up and running just yet, but I am moving towards that vision and letting God build me up for that. My country is one of the most atheistic countries in the world (0.3% Christians) and what better place to start to change that, than the young generation. Thanks so much for all that you're posting, and thank God for internet - this way even people in faraway places have access to these precious resources!
Going thru the comments, I didn't notice that anyone claimed the free book you're giving away. If it's still available, I'd love to have it - that is, if you are willing to send it to the other side of the world ;). Thanks!!

It probably sounds cliche'ish but usually that's the best kind of teaching/training - the non-formal kind. I know I've personally learned more from personal conversations than I ever did in college.

@DJ: Nothing formal, no. I think that would be too generic and cookie-cutter anyway. We just talk about their life issues, spiritual growth, and areas of ministry. It's not really a planned out curriculum thing. It's more dynamic than that.

Tim you mentioned in this video working through material with some of your adult leaders. Do you have any recommendations for material for developing your leaders?

Hey Tim, thanks for another great video. This is one area I struggle in also. I'm looking to invest in my leaders this year and this will help. Just to let you know, you sent me a "1 Munite Bible" a few weeks ago and I gave it away to a well deserving teenager in our service this week. We talked about Investing In Our Own Relationship With God. We gave away about 20 books and cds that will help them grow closer to God. So, thanks for everything you do! Oh and go ahead and give the book to the next comment-er.
