Those who use RSS readers will make little use of this application. However, many people are not familiar with RSS nor do they use RSS readers. As far as this app, I track your site (and other helpful sites) with bloglines and don't see myself using facebook for that purpose. I would encourage you to put your energy into developing something that would let us communicate with our kids better. That would really be awesome!
