Swanson flew in to be our guest speaker for my youth group’s retreat for high school juniors and seniors. The theme for the weekend was “Transitions.” We talked about all the upcoming transitions in their lives, everything from moving out of the house, being responsible for finances, transition in relationships with parents, transition in taking ownership of your faith, and more.

E.J. was kind enough to create a logo PowerPoint slide image for the retreat as well as a promotional invitation card for it. He gave permission for me to share it here with you all to use and modify for your own retreats or events.

This package contains:

  • Transitions JPG image for PowerPoint slides
  • 4×6 postcard front PSD (requires PhotoShop to edit)
  • 4×6 postcard back PSD (requires PhotoShop to edit)

It’s a check list to help you get the word out about your youth group events. It includes a lot of ideas for promotion and helps you cover all your bases when you really want to make it as easy as possible for people to find out about your event and help you spread the news.

Of course, nothing can replace vision and passion as you communicate your events, but the ideas in Paul’s list can help you find new ways to share that with the people around you. Check it out.
