		<description>Amen. Great thoughts. Working in the church is tough sometimes...seems like too often it&#039;s a balancing act between what needs to be done and what others want to be done. It&#039;s easy to be an &#039;Aaron&#039; and certainly makes you popular and might even give you a decent amount of job security, but are we really doing our job if we&#039;re serving to please man rather than God? Thanks for the thoughtful encouragement/reminder.</description>
