		<description>I feel like this article puts way too much emphasis on the pastor. Like it is his role to do all this. Parents and Youth leaders and teachers and many other things play into the lives of students, we are just a piece of the puzzle. Yes I agree that we need to be intentional with what we do, and we need to continue to grow in the word ourselves, but I think this article places way too much emphasis on the pastor. Like any musician the student has to be willing to want to play the instrument, some students are there because there friends like to play, but they themselves don&#039;t, we can;t control this, and we still want them to hear the music, even though at this time they may not want to play themselves. I just feel like this is really simplified and puts to much emphasis on the pastor when there is much more going on. Hope this doesn&#039;t sound like a harsh criticism, it is not meant to be, just got me thinking.  </description>
