  • What are we (as a whole) missing? Why is it that we can't foresee the changes in youth culture and anticipate it's next move so as to not fall so far behind in reaching young people? • It would definitely help. I struggle alot of times with seeimg the relevency and effectiveness of our ministry. I struggle with it personally, too. Am I being who I should be, doing what I should do, and both with the passion I should be?

  • Michelle

Is what I'm doing really making a difference?

  • What's the blindspot? Where is the hurt that the church has that I need to address? What is the illness or area of apprehension that I might run into… What can I do to address this blindspot in my ministry and create a well rounded youth ministry. (

God, what do you YOU see this ministry growing into?

  • angelarines

Am I really called to youth ministry? Do I have the gifts I need? Why am I lacking in some of the typical gift-sets of those in youth ministry. I can't play the guitar. I'm not male. I'm not wild and adventurous.
