Who it’s for

This Youth Ministry Mentoring Team loves teenagers, but we also love you, their adult leaders! You are the ones God uses to make a spiritual difference in their lives throughout their adolescent years and often even into adulthood.

We know what it’s like to have a passion to reach students, but to have little resources for training, encouragement, ideas and support, often while working another part-time or full-time job. That’s why we started this mentorship — to give you the training and support you need as you progress through your first 2 years of youth ministry. We love to help bless you for all your hard work and dedication to teenagers.

Next mentoring round begins face-to-face at SYMC

Imagine having one-on-one advice and wisdom for your youth ministry, personal walk with Christ, and personal life that starts face-to-face and continues on from there!

We’ve partnered with Simply Youth Ministry to do just that. We’re bringing the next round of mentoring in February 2010 to the Simply Youth Ministry Conference in Chicago, IL. Most of the mentors will be available at the conference to begin the 10-week mentorship with you face-to-face over lunch. This will allow you to connect on a much deeper level than our traditional method of using the telephone.

If you’ve been in youth ministry for 2 years or fewer and will be at the Simply Youth Ministry Conference from February 26 to March 1, 2010, then this youth ministry mentorship is for you!
