Connecting with youth workers

Posted on November 07, 2005 by Tim Schmoyer | Print This Post Print This Post

Part of the reason I enjoy blogging about youth ministry is because it’s a potential point of contact with others who share my calling. Although the Internet is limited in this capacity, today I came across www.youthworkers.net, read through it a little, and decided to register. Youthworkers.net is an organization that seeks to connect youth workers around the country for the purpose of support, encouragement, and sharing resources. Apparently there are four networks of youth leaders that meet here in the north Dallas area, usually on a monthly basis. I have no idea how it’ll work with my schedule, but I’m looking forward to giving it a try.
