The talk is called, What Matters Most, and talks about balancing our lives as youth pastors. He addresses the struggle to say “No” to good things and being way too busy, moving so fast that we leave our spiritual and relational well-being in the dust. It is definitely a very challenging talk that made me evaluate many aspects of my life in ministry, my life at home and the busy pace of which I live my life.
