I was thinking about this word sustainable. And by talking with a friend, he and I were a little perplexed. I mean I understand the point and the goal of the discussion and perhaps we're just talking about semantics. But what does sustainable mean? I mean wouldn't it make more sense to use the word, "healthy"?

I think they are a bit interchangeable, Frank. Sustainable has the connotation that it will be healthy over time, for the long-haul, rather than being healthy for just a period of time and then somehow slipping back into old unhealthy ways.
