Podcast: Qualities that grow a youth ministry

LIVE Youth Ministry TalkYesterday in our LIVE Youth Ministry Conversation Kevin Twombly lead us in a discussion about qualities that grow a youth ministry. He’s been in the same youth ministry for over a decade, starting from nothing and building it to a strong and vibrant ministry that impacts teens all over his community. We discussed everything from the importance of balance in life, to prayer, personal time with the Lord, but most of the discussion revolved around how we reach kids — trying to bring them in with video games and big screen TVs, or by going to them on their turf. Participants gave good insights for both sides of the issue.
