WOW you come on with a bang!!
And that was good stuff to Sr. Pastors.
ESPECIALLY when you mentioned using the old guys. :-) remember the old guys may feel there is no place to be used any more.. so it works both ways! Yes, and they’re glad to cook for them, too.. (And don’t turn in bills!)

Good post Tim. Most of our youthwork is done by retired folks. It’s the way forward.
