Last week Josh Robinson, the youth pastor at “Church at The Springs” in Ocala, Florida, posted the youth leader training handbook they use at their church. It’s based on the free volunteer handbook at StuffYouCanUse.org and contains a lot of good stuff you could take and use in training your own youth leaders.
