The more I use video in youth ministry, the more it affirms for me how effective it is as a communication tool. I’ve written several times about how I use video for youth group announcements, how to create videos on your own, tools I use for my videos, using video to build momentum, and a lot more.

One of the video resources I’ve grown to love is RevoStock.com’s weekly freebie. This week’s free stock video download is one of my favorites. It could work great as a little intro for your youth group announcements.

However, unlike Freebie Friday here, each week they remove the previous week’s freebie and post a new one, so each free video file is available only for a week. If you want this week’s intro video, you gotta grab it right away because I noticed they’re typically switched on Mondays.

I created an account at RevoStock.com and signed up for their weekly email email reminder so I always have that reminder to go download their free stock video clip each week. I store them on an external hard drive and keep them as a library of stock video clips I can dig through for future video projects.
