Patti Gibbons joined us today to talk from a woman’s perspective about serving in youth ministry. With 22 years of youth ministry experience, she’s seen a lot and has a lot to share. Although it seems that many paid youth leaders are male, we could never do it without the help, support and wisdom from female leaders. But it’s not always a walk in the park for them. That’s what Patti helped us think through.
