Discipleship. Many of us would say it’s the goal of our youth ministry. We invest countless hours into developing it in the lives of our students and their families. It’s what some of us are hired to do: disciple kids.
But if we’re honest, there’s an elusive part about discipleship that sometimes leaves us wondering, “Is this really sinking in? Is there something missing here?”
One of the things I love about Greg Stier is his ability to identify some of those missing puzzle pieces and help youth workers fill the gaps in their approach to discipleship. And thankfully, he trains us however he can, including books, conference workshops, and even free webinars.
Their next free webinar is coming up on Tuesday, August 7th. The webinar will revolve around the missing link a lot of youth ministries have in their discipleship process.
Their description of the free webinar:
This short, interactive webinar with Greg Stier will explore the missing accelerant in the discipleship process and how the faith of your teens will grow when they are challenged in this one area. What is it? It might not be what you think…
If you attended Dare 2 Share’s Evangephobia webinar last year, then you’re already pretty familiar with the format and layout. It’s a free online youth ministry training session that features a live video feed of him teaching. There’s an adjoining live chat room, interactive polls, twitter feed, and more.
Plus, everyone who attends gets a free digital copy of Greg’s new book, Firing Jesus.
There are two times you can attend the live “Missing Link” webinar on Tuesday, August 7. The first session is around lunch time at 1pm Eastern/10am Pacific. The second is at 8:30pm Eastern/5:30pm Pacific.
