I saw this video and thought it was worth passing along for the first part of the video. The second part seems to go in a weird direction by equating the lack of women in leadership roles to a lack of ambition that the media creates by causing girls to have a low self-esteem. Not quite sure I’d quite jump to that same conclusion about women in leadership based on media consumption, but it’s interesting nonetheless.

What do you think? Is there a correlation between media, low self-esteems, and leadership by women?
